People who can move between the business and the build.
We are looking for high-agency builders and operators who are comfortable moving between commercial context, operating workflows, data, and technology.
You do not need to fit a conventional consulting or engineering profile. You do need to be curious about how businesses work, precise in how you solve problems, and willing to take responsibility for the outcome.
